 Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase from Manystones Barn Publishing.

Personalised & Signed Books
Books that have been personally signed and dedicated are prepared especially for the recipient and will include a name and personal message. Once a book has been personalised in this way, it cannot be resold to another customer and therefore cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if your book arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide details and photographs of the damage. We will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund and, where a return is required, provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-Personalised Items
If an item has not been signed or personalised, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving it if you wish to cancel your purchase and return it.

Change-of-mind returns must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale. The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

Please package returned items carefully, as we cannot complete a refund until the item has been received and its condition checked.

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
