Whilst watching a rugby match, there was one rugby player who was absolutely ferocious in defence -  stopped every run, every break, every chance of a try ! But then... immediately stayed with the player they had brought down, helped them up, checked they were okay  and gave them a hug!  

I saw the perfect mix of fierce competitiveness and genuine compassion in a rugby player! Having the heart of a warrior and the soul of a caregiver — tackling hard one moment, then turning into everyone’s favourite teammate the next.
